As a registered agent, we receive information (annual reports, tax notices, etc.) from various state and federal offices and agencies. We collect business or personal information, such as your address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address, so that we can forward this information to the parties you or your attorney have designated.

The information we collect is used strictly in the performance of our services. We do not buy or sell customer lists and all information provided to us is treated confidentially.

We are committed to protecting your confidentiality. If we are asked for personal information, such as the name, address or phone number of our contact for a company we represent, we will not divulge that information. Instead, we will ask for that request in writing and forward it to our contact. It will then be your decision how you want to respond. We will, however, provide information when subpoenaed or compelled under court order.

We have procedural safeguards that protect the confidentiality and security of personal information. Access is given to UCS employees if it is directly related to their job responsibilities.
