Michael became President of United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in October of 1997 succeeding his father after his sudden passing. While a succession plan had been discussed, it came much earlier than expected. Prior to becoming President, Michael was the office manager and head of the Registered Agent department from 1995 to 1997.
Donald joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in May of 2003. Prior to joining UCS, Donald held several sales, marketing and executive positions in the legal service industry.
Sam joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in January of 2014. In his 20-years of senior executive experience, Sam has extensive fiscal management, budget preparation, forecasting and financial reporting, and implementation of financial and operational controls.
Jason Erb joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) June of 2019. Before joining UCS, Jason graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. Rather than explore his options as an attorney, Jason chose to utilize his expertise in law and technology along with his extensive network of professionals.
Jim Nash joined United Corporate Services, Inc.(UCS) in August of 2018 as the Business Development and New York City Operations Manager. Jim previously worked as a General Corporate, Structured Finance and Blue Sky Paralegal at a downtown Manhattan law firm.
Ray joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in January of 2020 bringing with him over 20 years of experience providing support to senior managers in various stages of company growth and restructure. His broad experience also includes strategic planning, management coaching, M&A, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting.
