A Registered Agent’s primary responsibility is to receive and forward service of process and other legal documents. A Registered Agent also forwards annual reports, tax notices and mail from state agencies.
Mail Forwarding Services consist of forwarding other types of mail [not from courts or state agencies]. This service is limited to Regular Mail, Certified Mail and FedEx/UPS or other courier services (limited to letter size envelopes only). It does not cover large packages or boxes.
We can receive a variety of regular mail on behalf of our clients. Examples are bank statements, credit card statements, personal mail, checks and magazine subscriptions, etc.
We receive Annual and Biennial Reports, Tax Notices, Department of Revenue correspondence and legal documents, etc.
We maintain a database of client specified contact(s) for bills, legal and tax matters. All service of process and legal documents are e-mailed and mailed to the legal contact provided for the entity. All Annual Reports and tax notices, etc. are mailed to the tax contact. We maintain a tracking system that enables us to check date(s) and types of legal and tax matters sent to the entity.
Mail is sent by regular post when received, unless otherwise requested by the client(s). Our tracking system also enables us to check date(s) and types of mail forwarded to the entity.
Our Mail Forwarding Services are limited to Regular Mail, Certified Mail, FedEx/UPS or other courier services (limited to letter size envelopes only). It does not cover large packages or boxes.
There is an annual service fee associated with Mail Forwarding Services. Usually no additional fees apply unless additional services are requested and then all fees shall be quoted up front.
There is an annual fee for Registered Agent Services per entity, per state. Usually no additional fees apply unless additional services are requested and then all fees shall be quoted up front.
Yes, we will forward mail to the address our clients provide for this service. Additional fees may apply; contact us to discuss your needs and obtain a quote.
Yes, we will forward mail to the address (es) our clients provide for all bills, legal and tax matters and is included in your annual Registered Agent fees.
