United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) is looking for experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing organization.

Position Summary

At UCS, the CSR is the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong customer service skills along with in-depth knowledge of registered agent services. They should possess experience in executing corporate filings such as formations of corporations and limited liability companies as well as coordinating the retrieval of due diligence documents such as certificates of good standing or tax status.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining new client accounts by answering product and service questions; providing information about other products and services
  • Ability to draft various corporate documents ranging from Articles of Incorporation to Certificates of Dissolution
  • Coordinating due diligence searches such as good standing retrieval or UCC searches
  • Practical understanding of corporate terminology & state corporate statutes
  • Overseeing the progress of all requests from inception until invoiced
  • Prioritizing incoming client requests effectively to satisfy individual client needs
  • Efficiently managing timely invoicing for services rendered
  • Generate sale leads
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

Skills required:

  • Experience as a client service representative in the legal services industry for a minimum of 5 years
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Description

Our fast growing company headquartered in White Plains, New York provides a variety of services to the legal industry (e.g., law firms and corporations). We are looking for a wellorganized individual who demonstrates attention to detail. The position is for an entry level Customer Service in our Registered Agent Services Department.

Since our focus is customer service, the individual needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in speaking with clients on the phone and by email. The individual must be able to multitask and prioritize work as the environment is fast paced.

Responsibilities and duties for this position include:

  • Communicating with our customers via phone and e-mail
  • Entering data and updating information in our database
  • Quality control of all data entry
  • Preparation and delivery of invoices, monthly statements, and related follow-up
  • Supporting day to day operations of the department
  • Managing year round, multi event date, tax notification project
  • Reconciliation of client database with state’s data
  • Following up with client service representatives for completed client files
  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Invoicing for state representation
  • Interdepartmental coordination of services
  • Address research

Experience should include:

  • Worked both independently and as part of a team
  • Analyzed, identified, and problem solved
  • Worked in a professional environment,
  • Demonstrated time management and excellent organizational skills
  • Has multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and a demonstrable ability to learn any department specific software.
  • Comfortable communicating with Attorneys

Education requirement:

Associate Degree or related work experience
