We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.   • Answers incoming calls for various offices and direct them to the desired extension or department, including taking messages, if requested
  • Process mail using postage machine, including certified mail. As needed, add funds and order supplies.
  • Distributes daily mail, sign for certified mail, FedEx and deliveries
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting various departments with clerical functions
  • Filing in alphabetized files
  • Process FEDEX and rectify invoices
  • Greets visitors by welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals
  • Manage conference room, schedule and coordinate meetings

Position summary:

Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Legal Support Assistant is responsible for processing legal documents served on corporations. This individual also handles telephone inquiries and requests from clients and performs a variety of daily departmental tasks.
