Paula joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in December of 2003. Paula, a Delaware notary, started in the legal services industry more than two decades ago after studying psychology at Wesley College. For the last twenty-three years she has worked in a variety of Customer Service and Management roles.
Paula directs the daily operations of the Dover Branch office. She also contributes to the product development team and is a member of the website development team. Paula is involved in cultivating working relationships with state officials and filing agents. In addition, she is also responsible for managing our sister Company TAQ, Inc. which provides services to wholesale and international clients.
When not working, Paula spends her time with her family outdoors, on the local river, at the beach or gardening.
