October 3, 2022 – The Delaware Secretary of State announced today that due to the continued high volume of work received in combination with staffing shortages, the State of Delaware will be suspending the acceptance of all preclearance requests effective Monday, October 10, 2022 through Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
According to the office of the Secretary of State, this will allow them to concentrate on expedited filings.
