On Friday, April 5th, an off-site Employee Recognition event is scheduled for all employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations. Division personnel will be unavailable from 1 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. Consequently, the following adjustments in priority services for filing submissions will be implemented:

  • 30-minute and one-hour priorities must be received by 6:00 P.M.
  • All two-hour priorities must be received by 5:00 P.M.


All other priority options (Same Day, 24-hour and routine) as well as document retrieval options will remain unchanged throughout the day. Filings can be submitted until 10:29 P.M. on Friday to ensure April 5th as the filing date.
