The Quick Reference Guide for Future File Dates (FFD) and Future Effective Dates (FED) for Business Entity filings has been recently updated by the California Secretary of State.
Although the process for requesting a FFD or FED remains unchanged, the guide has been revised to present the information in a format that is easier for users to navigate.
