The Fulfillment Specialist

Position Purpose and Objective:

The Fulfillment Specialist is the primary point of contact of the UCS Client Service Representatives. In this role they act as a liason between state and local filing offices and correspondents.

Primary Responsibilities:

This job description summarizes the essential duties required.

  • Priortize daily tasks to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Receive, acknowledege and complete steps in UCS database.
  • Process nationwide document retrieval requests.
  • Prepare and forward filings to the necessary jurisdictions and ensure proper processing, acknowledgement and return of evidence.
  • Provide a second line of defense in the quality control of our services by reviewing documents such as letters, instructions, processes, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with the Client Service Representatives and correspondents to process, correct or update requests.
  • Develop professional relationships with all UCS filing agents and internal employees.

Compensation:

In addition to a base salary, the Fulfillment Specialist is a non-exempt position which is eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on overall company performance. Duties may require occasional overtime.

Salary Range: $30,000-$40,000
