Elda joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in March of 2015. Prior to joining UCS, Elda clerked in International business relations and law enforcement foreign affairs Department. She also led Legal Departments in law enforcement. Elda obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2007. In 2017 she received a Master of Laws degree from Pace University School of Law.
Elda is responsible for the daily operations and quality control of the Registered Agent Department. In her role she oversees the Nationwide Registered Agent Network, Service of Process and Tax Notice Receipt and Delivery, Annual Billing, Maintaining the Customer Database, and Customer Service and Communication.
Elda was born and raised in Kukës which is a northern town in Albania. When not working or spending time with her family, Elda enjoys planning community public interest events, volunteering for YWCA health and wellness programs, and promoting women's health issues.
