James joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in February of 2006. For the last twenty-five years James has worked in a variety of roles in the legal service industry at both service companies as a Customer Service Representative and Branch Manager as well as a Paralegal at a major law firm. His vast experience covers practice areas such as Estates & Trusts, Real Estate and Corporate transactions.
James is responsible for the development, management, operations and growth of the Albany Branch. James manages both the customer service and fulfillment departments. These responsibilities include directing the day-to-day operations of assigning clients who wish to conduct corporate filings, Uniform Commercial Code services and representation services to the Albany Client Service Representatives. James is involved in cultivating working relationships with state officials and filing agents across the United States.
In his spare time, James enjoys running, cooking and gardening.
