Jason Erb joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) June of 2019. Before joining UCS, Jason graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. Rather than explore his options as an attorney, Jason chose to utilize his expertise in law and technology along with his extensive network of professionals to found and grow a multi-million-dollar company, Article 9 Agent, LLC. He routinely consults fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups on various issues ranging from corporate structuring matters to data management.
In UCS, Jason and his team handle all things UCC related while focusing on fusing current technology into the retrieval/filing process to achieve optimized results and efficiencies for our clients.
Jason recently relocated from Austin, Texas to Glen Ridge, New Jersey with his wife and four kids. In his spare time he still enjoys smoking a good Texas style
