Secretary of State Office Closings

Due to potential disruption surrounding the Presidential inauguration this week, the Secretary of State offices listed below have confirmed closures for the following days:

 Arizona Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 22.
 Connecticut Secretary of State: Closed January 18 and January 20.
 Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA): Closed January 18 – 22.
 Georgia Secretary of State: Closed 18 – 20.
 Illinois Secretary of State – Closed January 20.
 Indiana Secretary of State: Closed January 20.
 Nevada Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 20.
 New Jersey Secretary of State: Closed to the public January 18 – 20.
 North Carolina Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 20.
 Ohio Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 20.
 Oregon Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 22.
 Pennsylvania Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 20.
 Texas Secretary of State – Closed January 20.
 Virginia Secretary of State: Closed January 18 – 21.

Despite closures, these offices remain available online for document retrievals and certain corporate filings. Services such as Apostilles and Legalizations will not be available in these jurisdictions during this time. Contact United Corporate Services with any specific questions or concerns.
