The Delaware Secretary of State will be closed on Friday, April 7th, 2023, in observance of Good Friday.
Key Points to Know:
For Corporate
You will NOT be able to obtain the file date of April 7th, 2023, unless prior arrangements have been made.
April 7th, 2023 can be used as a future effective date.
Filing evidence will NOT be received on this day.
Good Standings, Cert Res, Certified Copies, and Plain Copies are available.
The ability to reserve names, pay franchise taxes and obtain blank annual reports will not be affected by the closure.
For UCC
You will NOT be able to obtain the file date of April 7th, 2023, unless they are filed via XML.
Filing evidence will not be received on this day.
XML and WEB filing will be available as usual.
