On Friday, September 24, 2021 an off-site Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations. The Division staff will be departing at 11:30 A.M. and there will not be an evening shift. The following changes will be in effect:
Note that it is best to provide your documents to UCS at least ten minutes prior the cutoff time so that there is enough time for submission.
UCS can still submit documents after 12pm to secure September 24th as the filing date up until 10:29pm but your evidence will be processed on Monday after higher priorities have been processed. Let us know if you’d like to upgrade the filing on Monday to receive faster turnaround.
