On Friday, March 25, 2022, an Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Division of Corporations.

Division personnel will be not be available between 11 A.M. and 1 P.M. and the 4-12 shift will be working from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.

As a result, the following changes will be in effect:

  • 30 Minute, Priority 1 (1-hour service) and 2 filings (2-hour service) requests will not be processed between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. and must be submitted prior to 10 A.M. to be processed prior to the recognition event.
  • All 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 5 P.M.; Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 4 P.M.  All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
  • UCC and Corporate Filings will be available until 10:29 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.
  • Good Standings, Certified Copies, and Plain Copies will be available throughout the day.
  • The ability to reserve names, pay franchise tax, and obtain blank annual reports will also be available throughout the day.
