Good morning all,
The Corporation Division of the Delaware Secretary of State announced today that based on an evaluation of their daily workload, they have decided to allow limited acceptance of preclearance submissions effective November 28, 2022 thru December 16, 2022.
Note, during this time the state will only accept requests for preclearance of the following document types:
All preclearance requests will be processed using 24-hour priority only. There will be no option to use 2-hour priority during this time.
The state has also requested that that you refrain from submitting multiple preclearance requests of similar documents and only changing the names of the entities.
