Due to a power outage, the office of the New York Department of Corporations has been closed since Monday, March 7th.

While the office is closed you will be unable to receive the following services:

  • Submit in person corporate filings (For e.g., Incorporations, Qualifications, Mergers)
  • Submit in person UCC filings
  • Conduct certified UCC Searches
  • Submit in person Service of Process documentation
  • Receive evidence of submitted filings

While the office is closed UCS can provide the following services:

  • Obtain online certified copies
  • Obtain Good Standings Certificates
  • Conduct status checks
  • Conduct uncertified UCC searches
  • Draft and form online only new LLC or Incorporation applications
  • Draft and file Biennial Statements
