As a reminder many Secretary of State offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 (Election Day) and Friday, November 11th, 2022 (Veterans Day).
For the Delaware Secretary of State in particular, please note that filings will not be accepted on either Tuesday, November 8th or Friday, November 11th. You must make advanced arrangements if you would like to have filings effective for either date. Although the Delaware Secretary of State will be closed on these days the following services will remain available:
Corporate
• Good Standings, Cert Res, Certified Copies, and Plain Copies are available as usual.
• Ability to reserve names and pay franchise tax will not be affected by the closure.
UCC
• XML and WEB filing will be available as usual.
