The New York Department of State has announced that their office has reopened today. Filing evidence from Friday, March 3rd is still pending.
Please expect delays with the filing requests received over the past four days that are going to be submitted today. The priority options for filing submissions are 24 hours and 2 hours. Keep in mind, each priority comes with delays in processing at this time.
