The Delaware Secretary of State, Division of Corporations announced this morning that they will extend their suspension of “preclearing” documents through at least March 4th.
Note, delivery of evidence for 24-hour priority submissions has returned to its normal turnaround time. Always keep in mind that depending on volume, there might be delays.
As a reminder, cutoff times for priority submissions with the Delaware Secretary of State are as follows:
• 24 Hour priority – 7:00 PM
• Same Day priority – 2:00 PM
• 2-Hour priority – 7:00 PM
• 1-Hour priority – 9:00 PM
• Routine priority – 11:59 PM (Friday is 10:30 PM)
Any additional extension will be communicated to you in advance.
